Data Analytics Specialist

Based at Carlton, Barnsley, S71 3HF - The Home of Mr Kipling

Salary: £32,000-£34,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, Full time

A full time, permanent opportunity has arisen at our Barnsley site for a Data Analytics Specialist to join the team. You will be a systems specialist supporting, developing, interrogating, operating, and maintaining site systems.

Working Hours

  • Wednesday to Saturday: 06:00-16:00
  • Tuesday: 08:00-15:00 and Wednesday-Saturday: 08:00-16:00

Role Responsibilities

  • SAP Operation: Reconciling process orders, resolution of error logs, pallet identification faults, out-of-hours production plans, and SAP equipment support
  • Site Reporting: Gather and process site data to support multi-tiered reporting within the business
  • Material Investigation: Understand financial gains/losses and support our operational teams

What We Need from You

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel to gather, analyse, or present information
  • Systems experience in SAP - advanced and problem solving
  • Highly organised & able to work under own initiative
  • Numerate with excellent attention to detail - taking pride in ensuring this applies to all day to day activities
  • Multi-tasking and time management
  • Excellent communication skills
