North Arc Technologies Ltd is a growing Northern Ireland-based technology company focused on data analytics, reporting, automation, and practical technology solutions.
Alongside our business services, North Arc Technologies is developing applied learning initiatives designed to help students, graduates, and early-career professionals strengthen their practical skills and gain exposure to real-world analytical methods.
Our aim is to combine structured learning, practical projects, and industry-relevant tools to help participants build confidence and develop stronger analytical and technical capabilities.
Role Description
This is a remote Data Analytics Training & Internship Programme with North Arc Technologies Ltd.
The programme is designed to provide participants with structured training and project-based experience across areas of data analytics including data management, data analysis, reporting, visualisation, and analytical problem-solving.
Participants will have the opportunity to work through practical datasets, simulated business scenarios, and structured analytical projects while developing skills relevant to entry-level data roles.

Responsibilities
- Work with structured datasets to clean, organise, validate, and analyse information.
- Develop practical skills in data preprocessing, analysis, and visualisation.
- Use Excel for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
- Use SQL to query, filter, aggregate, and analyse data.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies.
- Work through simulated business problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate analytical findings clearly.
- Participate in guided project work and practical exercises.
- Complete assignments and a final data analytics project.
- Develop analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills.
- Receive feedback and guidance throughout the programme.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in data analytics and technology.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or other analytical tools.
- Currently studying, recently graduated, or looking to develop practical data skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous professional experience in data analytics is not required.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar tools is beneficial but not essential.
