Data & Analytics Project Manager
Location: Portugal / UK preferred
Duration: ASAP – 31 Dec 2026, possible extension
Role
Looking for a Data & Analytics Project Manager focused on execution, delivery, and driving initiatives across data, analytics, and technology teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects.
- Create plans, milestones, priorities, and clear ownership.
- Coordinate teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers.
- Manage Agile planning, ceremonies, and follow-ups using Jira.
- Track progress, risks, capacity, commitments, and outcomes.
- Adapt plans to changing priorities while maintaining delivery focus.
- Ensure decisions and actions are followed through.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Specialists, Analysts, and Business stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Strong Project/Delivery Management experience.
- Data & Analytics project experience.
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
- Agile delivery experience; Jira knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder and dependency management.
- Ability to work in complex, fast-changing environments.
- Pragmatic, structured, and delivery-focused approach.
