About The Role

Are you an organised and experienced administrator with a strong understanding of data and information systems? We are looking for a Data and Administration Team Leader to join our team and play an important role in supporting the delivery of effective services for children, young people, families and partner organisations.

You will provide professional information, advice and support to managers and staff, helping to maintain effective information systems and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for the production, analysis and reporting of data, supporting local and national reporting requirements and contract monitoring.

You will also manage and develop management information systems, support data quality, produce performance reports and help colleagues make effective use of electronic systems. The role also includes leading and supporting an administrative team, including supervision, development and day to day deployment.

Working closely with colleagues across Compass and external partners, you will help ensure information is accurate, accessible and managed appropriately, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.

If you are ready to bring your organisation, data and leadership skills to a role that supports services for children and young people, we would love to hear from you.

About You

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
