Whether you’re just starting out or changing your career, the Data and AI Academy at Digital Futures offers you the unique opportunity to launch your technology career through structured training, certifications and industry experience as a consultant at the world’s biggest organisations.

Your Journey with Digital Futures

Training

Your journey begins with 10 weeks of free, full-time, award-winning training at our Data and AI Academy.

  • You’ll learn from our expert instructors and build practical skills across AI, data, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • The Academy combines structured, industry-led learning with hands-on projects, helping you put what you learn into practice and build confidence along the way.

What You’ll Learn

  • AI & Data Essentials
  • Core Insight Analytics
  • Programmatic Data Wrangling
  • Leading Change
  • Agentic Orchestration
  • Consulting Skills
  • Graduation

Following the Academy, we’ll work with you to secure your first consulting role with our clients. To be made available for client deployment, you must graduate from the Academy by successfully completing the challenges set throughout the programme, achieving two industry certifications, and completing a competency interview with a member of our team.

The two industry-recognised certifications you will need to complete are:

  • Generative AI Leader Certification (GAIL), Google Cloud Platform
  • Certified Entry-Level Data Analyst with Python (PCED), Python Institute

Please note that Digital Futures covers the cost of your certifications.

Employment

After graduating, we’ll identify and secure deployment opportunities for you with our clients on an ongoing basis, providing full support as you prepare for client interviews. Once you pass your first client interview, you’ll join Digital Futures full-time as a consultant. As your experience grows, you will have the opportunity to be deployed across a range of client organisations, as per standard consulting practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
