Intelance Enterprise Architecture Review

Intelance helps organisations make clear, evidence-based decisions about technology. We are looking for a freelance Data and AI Architect to join a short enterprise architecture review for a large UK professional services firm.

You will map the firm’s data platform and AI tools, working alongside our Lead Enterprise Architect. Intelance’s engagement partner stays accountable for the engagement and the client relationship.

Tasks

  • Map which business tools contain AI features, what each one does, and where they overlap. This includes Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI inside line of business products, and an AI assistant the firm built itself.
  • Trace how firm and client data reaches each AI tool, using existing records and conversations with the people who own them.
  • Review what feeds the central data platform, and what does not.
  • Work with the Head of Data and the information security and data protection teams, building on the governance they already have.
  • Produce the AI and data capability map, and contribute findings to the risk report and the costed options.
  • Check every finding with the owner named on it before it goes into the report.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
