AI Product Manager

Are you ready to take the lead on how AI is used safely, securely and effectively across a growing renewable energy business? As AI technology develops at pace, we need someone who can help us make the most of its potential while making sure the platforms and products we use are right for our people and our business.

At EDF power solutions, we’re shaping an Electric UK and Ireland. Your work will help us turn that ambition into action – delivering renewable energy solutions that will power homes, businesses and communities for generations to come.

As our AI Product Manager, you’ll turn opportunities into AI products that make a real difference. You’ll shape our AI roadmap, bring business and technology teams together and take ideas from discovery through to live solutions that people trust and use.

The Opportunity

As our AI Product Manager, you’ll take a senior role in shaping how AI is used across EDF power solutions. With an AI platform already secured for use in the UK, you’ll help us move into the next phase, leading how it’s used, managing specialist suppliers and partners, and making sure AI solutions are secure, responsible and delivering genuine value.

Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this role offers flexibility to be based UK-wide. You’ll come together with colleagues for an office meeting around once a month, which could be in London, Durham, or Edinburgh.

You’ll also have the opportunity to shape our wider AI strategy, collaborating with IT teams across the UK and France and bringing together expertise from across EDF. You’ll lead suppliers and delivery partners, explore emerging AI capabilities and help us get the balance right between innovation, security and practical business value.

Why EDF power solutions?

We’re united by a shared ambition: to tackle climate change, shaping an Electric UK and Ireland. Our diverse team is growing fast, driven by innovation and a commitment to clean, green energy for all.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
