We're looking for a detail-oriented Data and Compliance Administrator to join our Central Apprenticeship Team. Playing a key role in supporting our apprenticeship provision, you'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of learner data, funding claims and compliance processes across the FI network.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in delivering high standards. Duties and Responsibilities
- Completing internal audit checks on apprentice evidence packs, to ensure eligibility for funding
- Processing ILR data to make monthly funding claims for all apprentices
- Management of E-Portfolio and Apprenticeship MIS system, ensuring data integrity at all times
- Taking responsibility for individual Centre(s) audit feedback, SLAs and compliance queries – ensuring that all advice adheres to the Apprenticeship Funding Rules
- Maintaining strong working relationships within the Central Apprenticeship Team and the Wider FI Network
- Attendance and participation in network meetings
- Monitoring and management of internal Helpdesk
- Other ad hoc projects to ensure data integrity
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Essential:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively to prioritise workload
- Strong IT skills
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to work from home

- Previous experience of apprenticeships
- Prior experience of apprenticeship software (e.g. – PICS)
- Previous experience of home working
