At Novuna Vehicle Solutions we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do

Reporting into the Data and Configuration Team Leader you'll contribute by inputting and maintaining customer & supplier data, vehicle data and products & services within our core systems to ensure accuracy of all relevant processes and transactions for suppliers, customers and related asset records throughout their system life cycle. The role focuses on data and configuration tasks which ensure our customers are able to self-serve with accurate vehicle quotations and will require working with multiple internal teams such as Orders, Purchasing, Customer Config and Account managers.

You'll Also

  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with suppliers, including systems suppliers, vehicle manufacturers and vehicle dealers
  • Ensure that standard processes are implemented and any deviation from these are agreed and signed off by the department manager
  • Take ownership of a project to deliver great customer outcomes
  • Deliver against key agreed and communicated SLA's and KPI's
