Data & Insights Analyst
London (Hybrid, 3 days per week) | £45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
Looking to work with one of the most interesting consumer datasets in the market? This is an opportunity to join an innovative analytics business that sits at the intersection of consumer behaviour, marketing effectiveness, data science and AI. You'll have the chance to work with complex, multi-channel behavioural data and help global brands understand what truly influences customer decisions.
The Company
This specialist data and insights business helps brands measure how advertising and digital experiences impact real-world consumer behaviour. They have built a unique consented consumer dataset that combines media exposure, digital activity, search behaviour, shopping journeys and emerging AI interactions to create a comprehensive view of the customer journey.
Operating as a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team, they offer significant ownership, direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence new products and analytical methodologies.
The Role
As a Data & Insights Analyst, you will work across campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour analysis and emerging AI-focused products.

Key responsibilities include:
- Querying and extracting data using SQL
- Analysing large-scale behavioural datasets to identify trends and commercial insights
- Measuring advertising effectiveness and campaign uplift
- Delivering post-campaign analysis and client-ready insights
- Creating clear, compelling presentations and reports for stakeholders
- Developing and testing new analytical methodologies
- Exploring consumer behaviour across digital, retail and AI touchpoints
- Working with qualitative and quantitative datasets, including LLM-generated data
- Supporting the development of innovative products focused on consumer interactions with AI platforms
- Collaborating closely with data, research and commercial stakeholders across the business
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience analysing complex datasets and translating findings into actionable insights
- Ability to communicate analytical outputs to non-technical stakeholders
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Experience with data visualisation tools is beneficial
- Exposure to marketing analytics, customer insights, media analytics or consumer behaviour data is advantageous
- Familiarity with LLM tools such as ChatGPT and prompt-based analysis is desirable
