Join a dynamic team shaping the future of healthcare with an exciting opportunity as a Data and Insights (D&I) Manager. This pivotal role is essential in driving strategic decision-making through advanced data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence, supporting innovative brand strategies and commercial success within a leading pharmaceutical organization. Based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that make a real impact.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in insights and analytics roles with strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, NHS, and market sales data
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical findings for diverse audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Forecasting expertise and experience in market research projects
  • Ability to challenge thinking and navigate ambiguity confidently

Nice To Have Skills

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Degree in relevant fields such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines
  • Significant experience in insights, analytics, or market research within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven ability to develop and present strategic business insights
