London (Hybrid 3 days per week onsite)

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum

Help shape how data is used across our Investment & Wealth Advice (IWA) function.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business operations team and play a key role in developing the reporting, automation and data capability that supports IWA. Working with large datasets and modern analytical tools, you'll help turn complex information into meaningful insights that support business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

You'll join a team that values curiosity, ownership and continuous improvement. As your skills grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on more complex data and technology projects, broaden your understanding of the business and explore future opportunities across IWA.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analysing large datasets to identify trends, exceptions and opportunities.
  • Building dashboards and management information using Power BI and other analytical tools.
  • Developing and improving reporting, automation and data processes.
  • Managing fee-related data, reconciliations and governance activities.
  • Investigating data issues and delivering practical solutions.
  • Helping shape how data, technology and automation support the future growth of the IWA business.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience working with large datasets, performing data analysis and using tools such as Power BI, Excel and Python to build dashboards, automate reporting and generate meaningful insights.
  • An interest in data, technology and emerging tools, including AI and large language models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
  • Curiosity, tenacity and a desire to continually improve how things are done.
  • Confidence to take ownership of your work.
