Are you an analyst who thrives on telling compelling stories with data?
Do you want your work to have a tangible impact on the community?
We are looking for a Data and Performance Analyst to join the Housing and Communities team and help shape the future of our housing services.
In this high-impact role, you won't just be crunching numbers - you will be the bridge between complex data and strategic action. You will be at the heart of transforming how we use information to improve outcomes for our residents, supporting everything from operational repairs to long-term strategic planning.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build & Modernising: You will help to develop a new Digital Housing Data Model for Adur Homes, conducting gap analysis and assessing legacy data quality to prepare for our new digital housing system.
- Tell the Story: You will translate complex statistical findings into clear, jargon-free, and actionable insights for senior executives and operational managers.
- Partner with Teams: You will embed yourself within operational teams - such as repairs and income - to understand their daily challenges and co-design data solutions that actually help them.
- Drive Performance: You will develop a performance management framework, lead reporting that influences strategic decisions, and create predictive models to anticipate customer needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
