Job Title: Data Annotator (UK-Based)
Location: Remote (UK residents only, not open internationally)
Pay: $17.50 per hour (approx. 10 to 15 hrs/week, up to a maximum of 30 hrs/week depending on availability)
Essential requirements

- You must be currently physically located in the UK. This will be verified, and applications from candidates located elsewhere cannot be progressed.
- You must be a fluent English speaker with strong written comprehension.
- You must be eligible to work as a self-employed/freelance contractor (sole trader or via your own Personal Service Company). This will be verified.
About the role
Morpheus are partnered with a global data solutions provider working on a project for one of the world's largest social media platforms. They're looking for detail-oriented, freelance annotators based in the UK to build a global network of independent contractors supporting this project on a flexible, work-from-home basis.

You'll analyse user search queries, label data, review social media posts and content, and answer questions based on your reasoning and the project guidelines provided. Because the content is specific to UK local geography and culture, being based in the UK is essential to the work itself, not just a nice-to-have.
Project details
- Duration: approximately 1 to 2 months depending on project status, with potential for ongoing work or transition to other projects based on performance.
- Expected start date: ASAP. We're onboarding quickly for this project, so please only apply if you can start within the next few days and are able to respond promptly throughout the process.
- Most contributors find that meeting project output needs takes around 10 to 15 hours per week, with flexibility to take on up to a maximum of 30 hours per week depending on project need and your availability.
- Complete freedom to complete those hours at any time of day or night.
