Role Overview
We're looking for a Data & Application Developer to design, develop and support business-critical applications, reporting solutions, and data platforms that drive operational performance and business decision-making. Working across development, business intelligence, data, and automation, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative Microsoft-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing and supporting applications using C# and.NET
- Creating insightful Power BI dashboards and MI reporting
- Building APIs and integrating business-critical systems
- Developing SQL databases, reports and data models
- Automating manual processes using Microsoft technologies
- Working closely with operational and business stakeholders to solve real-world challenges
- Supporting Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery practices
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement through technology

Essential:
- Commercial experience with C#,.NET, SQL Server, and Power BI.
- Experience building and supporting production applications.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, APIs, and Agile methodologies
Desirable:
- Microsoft Fabric
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Functions
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- SSRS/SSIS
- AI and Machine Learning exposure.
