Data Architect
Location: Worcestershire or Hampshire – hybrid, 2 days per week onsite
Type: Permanent
We’re supporting a leading technology organisation looking to appoint a Data Architect to define and evolve its enterprise-wide data architecture, supporting product development, analytics and wider business transformation.
The role
- Define enterprise data architecture principles, standards and roadmaps.
- Design conceptual, logical and physical data models.
- Shape the use of data platforms, integration and data governance.
- Support large-scale migration from heritage systems to modern cloud platforms.
- Provide architectural direction across data and engineering teams.

What we’re looking for
- Strong enterprise Data Architecture experience.
- Databricks – essential.
- Cloud data platform experience; Azure desirable.
- Strong knowledge of batch, streaming, event-driven and medallion architectures.
- Advanced data modelling skills.
- Experience with complex, long-term data migrations highly desirable.
