Data Architect

Salary: up to £90,000 + package (bonus 5-10%, car allowance)

We're partnering with a leading UK organisation undergoing a significant data transformation and are looking for an experienced Data Architect to play a key role in shaping its enterprise data landscape.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on architecture, working closely with senior business stakeholders to deliver modern data platforms, analytics capabilities and reporting solutions that drive business value.

The Role

As a Data Architect, you'll work across business and technology teams to define data architecture, shape reporting and analytics solutions, and establish best practice across the organisation. You'll be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, cost-effective data solutions while influencing long-term data strategy and governance.

You'll engage with executive stakeholders, architects, engineers, analysts and third-party partners to ensure data platforms enable informed decision-making across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
