Enterprise Data Architect

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to join a high-impact transformation initiative and help shape enterprise-wide data capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, product owners, and governance teams to create scalable, reliable, and well-structured data models and architecture artefacts.

This role requires strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust data architecture solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modelling.
  • Expertise in OLTP and OLAP data modelling techniques.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, and information architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native data platforms.
  • Knowledge of data integration and ETL/ELT principles.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale data solutions and architecture frameworks.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices.
  • Familiarity with modern data architecture patterns and best practices.

Professional Experience

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Data Architecture roles.
  • Proven experience engaging with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering architecture artefacts within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and Kanban environments.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystems and data architecture.
  • Knowledge of Orbus iServer / Orbus Infinity.
  • Experience with Talend Data Catalog or similar metadata management tools.
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices within data engineering and analytics environments.
  • Exposure to Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Lineage solutions.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, or Public Sector.
