Enterprise Data Architect
Enterprise Data Architect required to join a major enterprise client on a long-term engagement, working 2 days per week on-site in the West Midlands.
You’ll provide client-side leadership across data architecture, governance, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement, helping shape data capability across a complex enterprise environment.
Key Duties
- Define and maintain enterprise data architecture standards and principles.
- Provide architecture governance, assurance and design reviews.
- Develop data platform and data product roadmaps.
- Assess the impact of business and technology change.
- Work with enterprise architects, delivery teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Support transformation programmes and architecture documentation.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and best-practice guidance.

About You

- Strong enterprise data architecture experience.
- Experience across complex cloud, on-premise and SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure.
- Understanding of data governance, integration, metadata and data virtualisation.
- Proven architecture governance and design assurance experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Public sector or regulated environment experience is desirable.
