Title – Data Architect, Enterprise OT Asset Data Products
Location: Remote and as per business needs
Rate: GBP : 330 per day (Inside IR35)
"UK CITIZENS" CV only
Candidate must have Energy & Utility industry experience
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to define the target data architecture for Enterprise OT asset data products. The role will ensure electricity transmission asset data from substations, SCADA, IoT, historians, logs and fault records is structured, contextualised, governed and aligned to the Enterprise Data Model so it can be trusted and reused across the organisation.

The role focuses on turning fragmented operational and asset data into standardised, asset-linked data products that support condition monitoring, maintenance planning, disturbance analysis, operational decision-making, analytics and future AI-enabled capabilities.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in enterprise data architecture, data modelling, metadata and lineage management, data governance, source-to-target mapping, data quality and the design of reusable data products for enterprise consumption.

- Proven experience in enterprise or solution data architecture within complex environments.
- Strong capability in conceptual, logical and canonical data modelling.
- Experience designing data products, standards and governance frameworks.
- Experience with time-series, telemetry, event and operational data.
- Ability to translate complex technical source structures into business-meaningful, reusable models.
- Experience working in regulated, asset-intensive or safety-critical sectors.
