About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing effective solutions that align with our clients' objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including management, IT, and operations, to gather requirements, develop reports, and support the implementation of new systems and processes. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role is preferred. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively liaise with clients and team members. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Six Sigma will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at Exalto Consulting Ltd, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
- Collaborating with technical teams, you will assist in designing and implementing new systems or process changes.
- Developing reports, dashboards, and documentation to communicate findings and support decision-making.
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
- Monitoring project progress, providing regular updates, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Contributing to the development of best practices and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
