Data Architect (Housing) required by a not-for-profit organisation to be based remotely, currently integrating an acquired business into the host environment.

Assignment – Data Architect (Housing)
Location – Remote
Skills – Architect, Architecture, Data Architect, Data Architecture, Housing and Asset Management, CRM, Data Migration, M&A
Duration – Six months with a possible extension
Rate – £600 to £700 + VAT per day (outside IR35)

To qualify the Data Architect (Housing) will have a demonstrable, multi-organisational, background in data architecture, be well versed in the Well-Architected Framework, have a good understanding of Housing and Asset Management (ideally NEC) and CRM (ideally Dynamics) systems, have experience in data migration and M&A, be comfortable working with the Agile methodology, have strong vendor management experience and good collaboration, accountability, transparency, and time management competencies.

With high-level discovery complete, the assignment will be to take architectural ownership of understanding complex data estates across multiple legacy systems from the acquired organisation, rationalise and standardise that data and make it fully usable to ensure successful migration within the hosts NEC platform.
