Data Architect | Oracle Fusion HR | £700/day | 2 Days On Site | London or Manchester + Birmingham

Oracle Fusion HR data architecture on one of the largest Oracle Fusion transformations running in UK government.

Legacy HR data migration into Fusion at national scale is not a common thing to have on a CV, and this role wants someone who has genuinely done it rather than governed it from a distance.

THE ROLE

You would own the HR data architecture across a complex, multi-supplier Fusion delivery, and provide client-side assurance across the design. This sits on the client side of the table, which means you are assuring and directing rather than producing to someone else's specification.

  • Oracle Fusion HR data architecture, with hands-on HR data migration expertise
  • Collaborate across a multi-supplier environment to deliver programme objectives
  • Consult independently with senior stakeholders, resolve issues and manage risk on a complex Oracle Fusion delivery
  • Provide client-side assurance across the design
  • Work alongside the wider data architecture function and the government shared services provider

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
