The role

As a Data Asset Manager within the Data & Intelligence team, you will support the governance, acquisition, and management of Licensing data assets, ensuring alignment with organizational and sector-wide standards. Working closely with data stewards, data engineers, and business stakeholders, you will help design and improve data-centric processes, support the integration of data assets into platforms such as Databricks, and oversee the lifecycle management of data and software assets.

You will champion best practice in data governance, driving improvements in data quality, metadata, lineage, and data literacy across the business. The role will focus on transforming data assets into business value by developing governance frameworks, supporting data asset roadmaps, and ensuring data is trusted, accessible, and fit for purpose to meet current and future business needs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver high-quality, standardised metadata services to customers
  • Own the acquisition, management, and optimisation of data assets supporting Licensing
  • Translate business needs into data solutions, workflows, and technical requirements
  • Work across tools and formats (SQL, XML, CSV, JSON) to process and manage metadata
  • Drive data governance, quality, and standards, embedding best practice across teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and engineers to build scalable data processes
  • Manage end-to-end data lifecycles and maintain clear, accessible documentation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
