About the role
We are looking for a Data Assistant to join our agency partnership with Boots Media Group. This role sits within the Insights team and is focused on ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and ready for analysis to support campaign evaluation and client delivery.
Working closely with both Insights, Agency and Boots teams, you will have a comprehensive view of our campaign effectiveness workstream, whilst being able to analyse the data deeply and present back to clients.

What you’ll do
- Run and support campaign evaluations across in-store, digital, and e-commerce activity.
- Ensure evaluations are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Analyse and collate evaluation outputs for reporting purposes.
- Escalate risks, missing information, or delivery challenges proactively.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all data handling tasks.
- Help maintain data cleanliness and consistency across internal platforms.
- Follow agreed processes and documentation standards.
What you'll bring
- Comfortable working with large datasets and structuring outputs for analysis.
- Able to identify data inconsistencies and gaps.
- Able to translate business questions into data outputs clearly.
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
