Business Data Team Lead – Business Banking
About the Role
In this critical integral part of the newly formed Business Data team, you’ll collaborate within the broader Business Banking function to manage data seamlessly. Your role will focus on understanding challenges and opportunities, designing data and analytic solutions, and developing strategic insights—both internally and externally—to support Society & Business Banking strategies.
This is a new and impactful position, offering the opportunity to shape future success using your unique strengths and expertise.
Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be distributed across three key pillars:

Data Management & Control
- Own data governance and data management across Business Banking.
- Ensure compliance, remediation, and preventative controls for reliable data.
- Establish a trusted, high-quality data landscape aligned with internal and external expectations.

Insights & Analytics
- Drive analytical excellence across Business Banking, elevating its strategic value.
- Support data-driven decision-making by boosting visibility and insights.

Data Strategy & Design
- Lead data strategy initiatives in alignment with business, regulatory, and risk objectives.
- Oversee technology integration and broader Society data projects to create cohesive solutions.
