Data Business Analysts could play a central role in bridging business needs and technical delivery, helping organizations translate complex requirements into actionable data solutions. About The Opportunity

What You Would Do

  • Gathering and documenting data requirements from business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Analysing and validating data quality across pipelines, systems and environments
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers and data teams to align business needs with technical delivery
  • Producing clear requirements documentation, data models (UML, BPMN) and specifications
  • Supporting API and microservices integration efforts to ensure data consistency
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premise systems
  • Contributing to the design and validation of data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Participating in stakeholder workshops and requirements refinement sessions

What You Could Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in data requirements gathering and data quality analysis
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of data pipelines, data architectures and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and analytics tools (Power BI or equivalent)
  • Experience in enterprise environments with complex systems integration (SAP, APIs, microservices)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and modern development environments

Experience with Azure, AWS, .NET/ASP.NET, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, or Python would strengthen your profile. Exposure to BPMN, UML, and business process analysis is a plus.
