The Role
- Combine business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and reporting to enhance data utilisation.
- Work with stakeholders to map and improve processes, develop meaningful management information, and build Power BI dashboards.
- Ensure business systems are effectively used to support operational performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver data-driven insights.
- Help improve process consistency, enhance data quality, and support the adoption of business systems.
- Translate business requirements into practical reporting and process solutions.

What You'll Need
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or hybrid Business Systems role.
- Strong business process mapping and documentation skills (L1-L3 process modelling).
- Excellent Power BI skills, including dashboard design, data visualisation, and reporting.
- Good SQL knowledge for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data manipulation, and VBA/VB automation.
- Experience producing management information, KPI reporting, and business dashboards.
