Reporting to the Head of Business Systems

You'll play a key role in supporting and developing the systems that keep our business running. You'll gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, Power BI, SQL, automation tools, AI technologies and in-house applications while working alongside experienced colleagues and external technology partners.

What you'll do at work

  • Provide first-line support for business systems, investigating issues and escalating where appropriate.
  • Assist with the administration, maintenance and testing of our ERP system.
  • Use SQL to support data analysis, troubleshoot issues and improve data quality.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation using tools such as Power Automate, Python and AI.
  • Monitor and support system integrations, assisting with testing and implementation.
  • Support business systems projects, including upgrades, testing, documentation and user acceptance testing.
  • Gather user requirements and contribute to the development of in-house applications.
  • Maintain system documentation and help deliver user training and guidance.

Entry requirements:

Standard entry:

  • Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc) OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)

  • 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
  • Experience with using Excel (in particular pivot tables and XLookup) and Microsoft products (or similar)
