About the role

We seek a motivated, detail-oriented apprentice to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to support the Customer Success team in executing and managing client lead-generation campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in data-driven marketing and campaign management. In the first six months, you will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager, learning the ins and outs of campaign coordination, data management, and client reporting. As the role progresses, you will start to manage your own smaller clients and provide coverage across our larger accounts if senior team members are away.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating the day-to-day execution of lead generation and ABM campaigns.
  • Track campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work with our lead management platform and Excel to process client data.
  • Ensure quality & accuracy of data through validation checks and verification processes.
  • Regularly update client docs & ensure compliance with internal & external data standards.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting any data-related issues during campaigns.
  • Assist in producing client reports, outlining campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Analyse data to assess campaign effectiveness & identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data and outcomes.
  • Develop proficiency in generating reports from lead management systems and Excel.

Required skills

  • Good written & verbal communication, with the ability to communicate clearly & effectively.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel (or similar).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to shared goals.
  • A proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn and grow within the role.

The following experience is desirable (but not essential)

  • Previous work experience in an office environment or in marketing, publishing, media, data management, or campaign coordination.
  • A basic understanding of marketing and ABM activity.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, or other business applications.
  • Experience (work or pleasure) using content tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • The ability to speak French and/or German.

Entry requirements

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance, you could still be considered for the programme.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm / Remote (occasional commute to London office)

  • On successfully completing the apprenticeship and being offered a full-time role, the salary would be increased to £30k (FYI) + additional benefits added like private medical cover (Axa).
  • Pension (3% employer contribution).
