Daily Operations

Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and updating the data center's asset ledger. Periodically reconcile the asset ledger with financial accounts according to financial regulations. Ensure ledger-to-physical consistency through regular inventory counts. Develop and implement physical asset management processes to ensure the security, integrity, and effective utilization of assets. Ensure SLA targets for asset check-in/check-out work orders are met.

Safety & Compliance

Responsible for compliant operations concerning occupational health, legal matters, and integrity. Ensure asset management processes comply with company policies and relevant laws. Cooperate with internal and external audits, providing necessary support and documentation.

Optimization & Improvement

Develop and update asset management policies, operating manuals, and emergency management procedures and plans. Regularly organize and analyze asset management data to identify and report potential issues and risks.

Understand business needs and effectively support data center asset operations through teamwork. Develop the warehouse's storage location management plan and define inventory control policies (min-max levels) for complete units and spare parts.

Strategic Vendor Management

Lead and manage an outsourced team, taking ownership of the recruitment process, performance evaluation, and training programs to build a high-performing and continuously growing workforce.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or supply chain.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate asset management, with familiarity in warehousing and supply chain management.
  • Team management and leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team to complete assigned tasks.
  • Great communication and coordination skills; Ability to train internal and external personnel on asset management.
  • Experience participating in multiple enterprise-level asset audits.
  • A high sense of responsibility and a meticulous work style, with close attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
  • A good team player, able to work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Fluency in English is required as it is the primary working language. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and/or other local language is highly preferred.
  • This position requires working onsite on business days.
