Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand data center client partnerships, with a focus on leading computing power enterprises including ByteDance, Alibaba, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and their affiliated entities. Establish and maintain a high-value client portfolio.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' data center strategies, and accurately identify core needs related to capacity, technical parameters (e.g., PUE, computing power capacity), and commercial terms (e.g., cooperation model, pricing, delivery cycle) through regular, high-quality engagement.
  • Develop and execute client relationship management plans, conduct regular business visits and negotiations, respond promptly to client inquiries and feedback, improve satisfaction and loyalty, and secure stable long-term cooperation.
  • Coordinate with internal technical, R&D, and project financing teams to design and promote “data center + PV + storage” green integrated solutions based on client needs. Develop feasibility plans, technical adaptation proposals, and commercial cooperation frameworks.
  • Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, including defining cooperation models, drafting contract terms, and pricing discussions. Drive contract execution, ensure successful project sales, and deliver sales targets.
  • Provide full lifecycle project follow-up, align internal teams and clients, resolve commercial issues in a timely manner, and ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Research data center industry chain resources, identify and onboard high-quality partners including equipment suppliers, technical consultants, construction contractors, and financial service institutions.
  • Establish partner screening and evaluation mechanisms, execute cooperation agreements, and build a stable, efficient partner ecosystem to support project development.
  • Conduct regular partner relationship reviews, optimize collaboration models, and improve operational efficiency and service quality for mutual benefit.
  • Monitor data center and new energy industry policies, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare market research reports and provide insights to support company business strategy.
  • Participate in data center business expansion planning, and assist in formulating commercial strategies, sales targets, and incentive programs.
  • Complete other commercial-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Energy, or a related field is preferred.
  • 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in data center sales or business development. Familiar with data center business models, market practices, industry standards, and regulatory policies.
  • Extensive existing client resources in the data center industry, especially with leading computing power enterprises (ByteDance, Alibaba, Amazon, Google, Microsoft). Relationships with data center investors or operators such as ESR, Equinix, Digital Realty, Global Switch, Bridge Data Centers, and GDS are highly preferred.
  • Experience in new energy (PV, energy storage) project development, investment, or financing is a strong plus.
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and resource integration skills; able to independently lead client acquisition, project execution, and partnership development.
  • Strong market insight and commercial judgment; capable of accurately identifying market opportunities and client needs.
  • Solid teamwork, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities; able to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
  • Strong goal orientation, accountability, resilience, and innovative mindset.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently for business.
