Job Summary
Acquires job skills to resolve routine tasks requiring limited judgement. Focus is on routine tasks, using limited judgement of standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team.
Responsibilities
Facility / Infrastructure Maintenance
- Performs basic preventative maintenance checks on-site to non-critical facility components
- Performs basic repairs and maintenance to non-critical facility components
- Monitors the Building Monitoring System (BMS) by following standard operating procedures; works under close supervision in responding to basic alarms
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work; works under close supervision

Vendor Support
- Coordinates with vendors on standard operating procedures
Site Administration & Incident Support
- Supports basic site logs for permits, such as: Maintenance Operation Protocol (MOPs) and scripts
Work Orders & Additional Projects
- Completes basic routine work order facility requests under supervision.
- Assists in routine incident management requests
Collaboration
- Provides assistance to departments during routine maintenance activities
- Provides basic assistance to more senior staff on infrastructure projects; may shadow projects for learning
Qualifications
- Typically requires a high school diploma and proven year of equivalent work experience
