Role Description

The Data Center Sales role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving revenue growth for AiMASH’s data center and related digital infrastructure services. On a day-to-day basis, this role will identify and qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored solutions that address client needs in data, cloud, and AI environments. The role involves preparing proposals, pricing, and contracts, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The person in this position will collaborate with technical and operations teams to translate customer requirements into feasible service offerings and ensure smooth onboarding. Ongoing responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, delivering regular account reviews, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders to refine products and go-to-market strategies.

  • Strong data-focused skills, including Data Analytics and Data Analysis, to understand customer usage patterns and inform solution recommendations.
  • Robust Analytical Skills for evaluating client needs, assessing market opportunities, and supporting data-driven sales decisions.
  • Experience with Data Management and Data Modeling to communicate effectively with technical teams and interpret infrastructure requirements.
  • Background in data centers, cloud services, or digital infrastructure sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
  • Comfort working remotely, with strong self-organization, time management, and proficiency in CRM and collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities, and stay informed about trends in AI, cloud, and data center markets.
