About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with Data Centre experience to join our team in London. In this role you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of Data Centre projects across London.
  • Support a Senior PM which will be a great opportunity to learn from their experience.
  • Prepare and Analyse construction programmes.
  • Prepare detailed reports for presentation to our clients.
  • Attend client meetings.

We would welcome your application if you have:

  • Relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering or Surveying.
  • 2 - 5 years' experience ideally within a Construction Consultancy, Client or Developer role.
  • Experience in Data Centres is a must.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • High level of reporting skills.
  • Proficient in preparing and analysing construction programmes.
  • Experience in contract administration would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Shrewd precise eye for detail.
  • Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile.
