About the Role
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with Data Centre experience to join our team in London. In this role you will:
- Manage a portfolio of Data Centre projects across London.
- Support a Senior PM which will be a great opportunity to learn from their experience.
- Prepare and Analyse construction programmes.
- Prepare detailed reports for presentation to our clients.
- Attend client meetings.
We would welcome your application if you have:
- Relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering or Surveying.
- 2 - 5 years' experience ideally within a Construction Consultancy, Client or Developer role.
- Experience in Data Centres is a must.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- High level of reporting skills.
- Proficient in preparing and analysing construction programmes.
- Experience in contract administration would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Shrewd precise eye for detail.
- Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile.
