Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge on a days only shift pattern, for an esteemed FM company who manage a data client for their electrical and mechanical services?

Job Title: Data Centre Electrical Engineer

Location: Islington, London

Package: £60,000 per annum + OT

Working Shift Pattern: 4 On, 4 Off Days Only (+ Standby rota required)

Duties

You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining building maintenance systems and equipment across the entire site. Your duties will include:

  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Electrical & Mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and responding to emergencies for make safe or repair.
  • Supporting colleagues once trained for general maintenance tasks including statutory compliance and remedial works
  • Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a busy, time-sensitive environment.
  • Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

Ideal Candidate

  • Level 3 minimum in Electrical discipline
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
  • Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
