About The Role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the installation, commissioning, and fit-out activities across two large-scale data centre developments in Yorkshire.

This is a unique opportunity to join a major mission-critical construction programme, taking ownership of all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) works from installation through to testing, commissioning, handover and client acceptance.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring the successful delivery of highly complex technical infrastructure, working closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and client stakeholders to deliver world-class facilities safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Manage all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health installations across two concurrent data centre projects.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of MEP works from design coordination through installation, commissioning and final handover.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved in accordance with programme requirements.
  • Monitor and report progress against schedules, budgets and performance targets.
  • Drive programme recovery plans where necessary to mitigate delays and project risks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
