Data Centre Operations Service Manager

£55,000 – £65,000 + benefits
London (City / North / West / Southwest) | Permanent

Run the data centre operations behind some of the biggest names in financial services. This is the lead operational seat on a flagship managed services contract: your teams, your client relationships, your service. Well paid, highly visible, and with a clear route up through a growing technology services business.

You'll head up service delivery across enterprise data centre environments for major banking clients, acting as the primary operational contact. That means leading the onsite technical and service delivery teams, keeping SLAs and KPIs firmly in the green, owning escalations and RCAs when things get interesting, and driving the service forward rather than just keeping the lights on. You'll also hold the operational budget and feed into commercial planning, so there's proper ownership here, not just supervision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
