As demand for data centre infrastructure continues to grow worldwide, we are expanding our team and seeking a Data Centre Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of high-profile international projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with engineering, commercial, procurement, commissioning and operations teams while gaining exposure to projects across multiple global markets.
About the Role
As a Data Centre Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery, ensuring projects remain on schedule, risks are managed proactively, and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across multiple live data centre projects
- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks and dependencies
- Maintain project schedules, dashboards, documentation and reporting systems
- Support communication between internal teams, customers and project partners
- Coordinate project meetings, document actions and drive follow-up activities
- Support procurement processes, supplier engagement and equipment deliveries
- Manage project and opportunity data within Salesforce
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for leadership teams
- Assist with project handovers, commissioning records and project close-out documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice project management processes

Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Construction Management or a related discipline
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a project coordination, project management or project support role
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and project reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to travel when required
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading or coordinating project teams
- Experience supporting projects across multiple sites or international regions
- Knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, mechanical or electrical systems
- Experience using MS Project, Power BI, Salesforce or similar project management/reporting platforms
- Customer-facing, commercial or account management experience
- Additional language skills, particularly German, French or Nordic languages
