Data Centres | Critical Infrastructure | Power & Cooling

We are currently supporting a leading global technology and infrastructure organisation with the appointment of a Data Centre Strategic Accounts Manager.

This is a high-profile commercial opportunity focused on developing strategic relationships with some of the world’s largest data centre operators, hyperscalers and colocation providers.

The business is experiencing significant growth across EMEA, driven by continued data centre expansion, electrification, digitalisation and the increasing demand for high-density computing infrastructure.

The Role

You will work across multiple internal functions, bringing together commercial, technical and operational teams to deliver complex international projects and drive continued account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with major data centre operators and hyperscalers
  • Own key international accounts and identify opportunities for long-term growth
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across EMEA
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and influence customer infrastructure strategies
  • Coordinate internal sales, engineering, product and operational teams
  • Lead complex commercial opportunities from initial engagement through to delivery
  • Identify emerging market trends and translate them into commercial opportunities
  • Support customers across power distribution, modular infrastructure and high-density cooling solutions
  • Build long-term partnerships across the data centre ecosystem

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
