About the Role

Join CBRE's leading European Data Centre Capital Markets team and play a key role in advising on some of the most dynamic and high-profile real estate transactions across Europe. Covering both data centre powered land and operational asset sales, this client-facing role offers exposure to investors, developers, and occupiers in one of the world's fastest-growing property sectors.

Ideal for an I&L surveyor or broker with transactional experience in leasing, capital markets, or land, this is an outstanding opportunity to develop specialist expertise, expand your European market exposure, and work alongside the industry's leading data centre advisors. Based in London and supported by CBRE's extensive European and global network, the role offers exceptional career development, transaction exposure, and opportunities to travel across the region.

What you’ll do

  • Support senior team members in advising global developers and investors on data centre strategy and transaction opportunities across Europe, while progressively taking ownership of client workstreams.
  • Assist with, and over time lead, the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of data centre transactions, including powered land acquisitions, powered shell leasing, and investment sales.
  • Support the origination and delivery of powered shell leasing mandates across European markets.
  • Analyse and qualify inbound powered land opportunities to help generate new business and transaction instructions.
  • Prepare client presentations, pitches, and market insights, with opportunities to represent the team at leading European data centre events as experience develops.
  • Develop into a trusted advisor with specialist expertise in the European data centre market.
  • Contribute to the success of the wider team by sharing market knowledge, supporting junior colleagues, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
