About The Role
As a Data Consultant, you'll sit at the intersection of technical delivery and data expertise, helping client-facing teams implement complex use cases while owning the technical and analytical work behind our data offering. This is a delivery-focused role - you'll work closely with onboarding, client solutions and delivery teams to support them technically.
This is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the relevant data prerequisites are put in place by the client and enabled in the platform prior to starting technical delivery.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions for new clients, documenting requirements and advising on best practices.
- Provide advanced technical support during onboarding and for existing clients.

- Support the integration of client data and delivery of our standard data offering - computations and dashboarding such as campaign attribution.
- Extend the standard offering where needed with bespoke computations, dashboards and machine learning models for clients, advising on approach and considerations.
- Develop custom computations, dashboards and machine learning models using SQL and analytical tools.
- Assist in implementing complex client use cases and supporting Xtremepush's Intelligence ecosystem.
- Build, deploy and maintain data models on our Clickhouse-based intelligence database.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
