Data & Integration Management Consultant
Grade: Consultant / Senior Consultant
Salary: £45,000 – £90,000 base + bonus (15–25%)
Location: London or Edinburgh (hybrid, 3 days in office)
Our client is a fast-growing boutique consulting firm specialising in the Aladdin ecosystem and private markets technology platforms.
Founded approximately six years ago, the firm has scaled from a small founding team to around 80 people globally, with offices in London, Edinburgh, Singapore, and an expanding presence in the United States. The business has recently secured minority private equity investment and is now entering a significant growth phase, focused on expanding its permanent consulting capability across Europe and beyond.
The organisation operates in a highly niche space, delivering deep technical and domain expertise across investment platform implementation, data integration, and investment data optimisation for asset managers, insurers, and investment institutions. The firm combines hands-on technical delivery with consulting-led problem solving and is known for its collaborative, open, and low-ego culture.
The Consultant / Senior Consultant will…
- Deliver hands-on consulting across investment platform and data transformation programmes
- Support data integration, data modelling, and optimisation workstreams across complex client environments
- Work with technologies such as investment data platforms, private markets systems, Snowflake, and similar tools
- Translate investment data requirements across asset classes into structured, scalable solutions
- Support implementation and enhancement of investment technology ecosystems for asset managers, insurers, and investment firms
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders in investment, operations, and technology teams
- Contribute to solution design across front, middle, and back office functions
- Work closely with internal teams and delivery specialists to ensure high-quality client outcomes
- Support proposal development and contribute to business growth as the organisation scales

You will likely have…
- Experience with investment platform technologies (strong advantage) or comparable financial services systems
- Background in data integration, data modelling, or investment data environments
- Exposure to asset management, investment operations, or financial services technology
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or similar tools
- Consulting experience (Big Four or boutique) OR experience within asset managers or financial institutions
- Strong understanding of investment data and asset classes
- Client-facing experience working with complex stakeholder environments
