We are Sigma Labs

We are Sigma Labs, an award-winning education-focused B Corp. We invest in graduates through fully funded, industry-leading training and coaching, before deploying them as high performance consultants with clients across the UK in technical and non-technical roles.

How do we do this?

First, you’ll join our 15 week training programme that's led by expert coaches. It’s a hands-on, supportive environment where you’ll learn everything from coding fundamentals and data analytics to professional excellence within high performance teams, all whilst becoming an AI-native using the latest AI tooling.

After training, our aim is to employ you as a full-time consultant and deploy you with one of our fantastic clients for two years. Our clients are spread across the UK and a wide range of industries - from financial services, energy, and charities to gambling & sports entertainment and aerospace & defence - in areas such as software engineering, data engineering, AI engineering, data analysis, and business analysis. This spread allows us to ensure that each role opportunity is carefully selected to maximise your chances of having an exceptional long-term career. It also means that to give yourself the best chance of securing a role with us, you’ll need to be open to any client, industry, role or location we match you to. That’s how we aim to place every trainee, and it’s why this programme suits people who are genuinely open to going wherever the best opportunity is. You can read more and confirm this when you apply.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
