Are you ready to lead the way in transforming data processes at Boots? We are looking for a Data Conversion, Migration & Org Hierarchy Lead to join our dynamic HR team in Nottingham. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape our data strategies while supporting our colleagues in delivering exceptional care and service to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Data Conversion, Migration & Org Hierarchy Lead, you will:
- Oversee the data conversion and migration processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organisational hierarchy structures.
- Provide expert guidance on data management best practices and compliance.
- Lead training sessions to empower team members in data handling and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processes and systems.
What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)
- Proven experience in data conversion and migration projects.
- Strong understanding of organisational structures and data management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for supporting team success.

It would be great if you also have
- Experience with HR systems and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations.
- Project management experience in a similar role.
