We’re looking for a Data Coordinator to join our team in Portsmouth!
This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity, working 37 hours a week, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration within the team and other colleagues across the business.

Here’s The Facts About The Role
We're looking for a detail-focused and analytical Data Coordinator to join our Data Governance team. In this important role, you'll help ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of data across our organisation, supporting informed decision-making and excellent service delivery. You'll support on data quality initiatives, coordinate data cleansing activities, maintain property records, develop data quality metrics, and work closely with a range of colleagues and teams across the business to champion best practice in data management.
As the ideal candidate you will have experience in data analysis and data cleansing, with strong technical skills, most importantly in Microsoft Excel, however experience using Power BI and other analytical tools is advantageous. You'll be numerate, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and will be able to analyse large datasets, identify trends and resolve data issues through a methodical approach. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, alongside strong communication and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of relational database structures is advantageous in this role, as is an understanding of the social housing sector, although we're equally keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate transferable experience and a willingness to learn.
