Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support data management, reporting, validation, and coordination activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, up to date, and maintained in accordance with business requirements and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organise, maintain, and update data across internal systems and databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.
• Perform regular data validation and quality checks.
• Identify data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of data activities.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and reconciliation activities where required.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and data logs.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and operational teams to gather required information.
• Monitor data-related requests and ensure they are completed within agreed timelines.
• Support the implementation and improvement of data management processes.
• Follow company policies and procedures relating to data governance, security, and confidentiality.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting data/documentation when required.
• Escalate data quality or process issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
