Leeds (Hybrid after probation)

Are you a recent graduate with a strong analytical mind, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to communicate with a wide range of people? We are looking for a bright, organized, and proactive individual to join a growing team in this newly created position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in a data-focused role, where you will be responsible for investigating outstanding information, identifying issues, and working with internal and external contacts to get things resolved.

The Role

You will be responsible for monitoring outstanding requests, investigating delays, and ensuring information is received within agreed timescales. You will work closely with external partners, internal teams, and clients, providing updates and helping to resolve issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring outstanding data and investigating delays
  • Liaising with external contacts to obtain outstanding information
  • Analyzing information to identify issues and potential solutions
  • Proactively following up on outstanding requests
  • Keeping internal teams informed of any delays or issues
  • Providing clear and professional updates to clients
  • Managing multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and prevent issues from becoming problems

About You

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with information, solving problems, and communicating with people.

You will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
