Company Description

Rebase is a tenant-only office advisory firm that provides refined, high-quality real estate consultancy typically associated with global firms. Founded in 2021, Rebase operates in a rapidly changing office market, supporting companies of all sizes with strategies and transactions tailored to their specific goals. The team focuses exclusively on occupiers, offering clear, impartial guidance and customized office solutions rather than one-size-fits-all approaches. By combining experience, creative thinking, and strong market insight, Rebase simplifies complex decisions for clients. As Qualified RICS Surveyors, the team takes full ownership of each project, ensuring consistency, accountability, and clarity throughout the process.

Role Overview

At Rebase, accurate and insightful data underpins how we generate business opportunities. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join us full-time as the first line of contact for entering potential opportunities into our CRM. The role centres on accurately uploading information into the correct modules and maintaining the integrity of existing data within the system.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
