Government & Public Sector Projects
The Opportunity
We're looking for a number of Data & Digital Consultants to join a growing consultancy delivering complex programmes across Government and the wider public sector.
This is an interesting role for someone who sits between the customer and technology. You'll need to be technically credible and comfortable working with data, digital solutions and architecture, but equally confident engaging with customers, understanding their problems and turning sometimes ambiguous requirements into solutions that can actually be delivered.
It's deliberately broad. You might currently work in Data Consulting, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis or Digital Transformation - what matters is your ability to bring several of these areas together.
The Role
You'll work directly with customers and multi-disciplinary technical teams, with responsibilities including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Person
We're looking for people with a broad technical/data background rather than expertise in every area above.
You'll ideally bring:

- The ability to understand a customer problem and help shape an appropriate technical solution
